Butchers Blyth
Smallholding reared cattle, sourced locally and butchered in house. We also dry age our meats in our own Himalayan salt aging room. We make our own sausages, burgers in house using our own curated blends of natural herbs and spices without preservatives to make our meats natural and allergen friendly. We re family run by two brothers and 100% independent with the goal of bringing back traditional butchery with modern techniques and equipment. We also have a mobile store that visits market locations across the North East.
